Chunky rainbow stacker - Vintage

This wooden rainbow stacker is a fabulous addition to any toy collection big or small. Rainbow stackers promote open-ended play which can result in hours of fun for children of any age. Children can enjoy stacking, balancing, logical thinking, and hand-eye coordination. Inspired by open play toys used in Waldorf and Montessori schools the rainbow stacker is not only fun but educational and makes for a wonderful Heirloom toy for any birthday, holiday, or occasion.

The Chunky Rainbow Stacker comes in two sizes: Large: 8 bows - 13" x 7"

Medium: 6 bows- 10.25" x 5.5 "

Each one is handmade from beautiful 2-2.5" thick Poplar that is sourced locally here in Indiana. Each bow is 3/4" thick so they can hold up to rough play yet still make for a beautiful decoration. The slightly thicker bows also make it easier for tiny hands to grip.

Each rainbow is sanded with 3 different grits of sandpaper to achieve a smooth, soft feel with just enough grip left to accommodate stacking. The Vintage collection is painted in AP certified non-toxic acrylics mixed with water to give them their gorgeous one-of-a-kind color yet still allow some of the wood grain to show through. They are sealed in non-toxic matte polycrylic to protect their color.

-Wood toys should not be submerged in water; use a damp cloth or baby wipe to wipe clean. -Wood toys should not be put in mouths or chewed on. -Wood is a natural material with various unique markings. Variations in wood grain, color, knots, texture, or color transfer are all natural occurrences in these hand-painted wooden products.
